The Siddhi Samaroh of the 479th Orientation Course in line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 was successfully conducted at CCRT, New Delhi on 12 August, 2023. The event marked the conclusion of an intensive program aimed at enhancing cultural development of teacher educators and aligning their pedagogical approaches with the contemporary educational landscape.
The welcome address by Dr. Rahul Kumar, Deputy Director, CCRT and Valedictory address by Shri Rishi Vashist, Direcor, CCRT were delivered .
A highlight of the programme was the patriotic songs sung by the participants in various Indian Languages, which they learnt during the course, followed by distribution of certificates to the successful participants.
They also celebrated the nationwide campaign ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ and ‘Meri Maati, Mera Desh’ by a flag march where CCRT officials and all the participants held the National Flag. The function concluded with a plantation drive and selfie with the soil in their hands. Participants also gave their bites on the campaign, on how it reflects a sentiment of love and attachment to one’s homeland and how these initiatives contribute to fostering a sense of national pride and unity among citizens.
