Booking of facilities at Regional Centre at Hyderabad

The following facilities are available for educational & cultural programmes only at CCRT Hyderabad.

CCRT Regional Centre, Hyderabad located in a centrally located IT Hub of Madhapur Main Road, Near Google Office, Hyderabad. The campus is spreading in 4 acres with full of Greenery and well maintained neat campus. We have sufficient parking place for parking near about 150 to 200 Cars.

Amphitheatre:It is an open air amphitheatre with a seating capacity of 800 seats. The area is spread with lust Green Lawns. The Amphitheatre is equiped with two Green Rooms for ladies & gents separately for make-up and rehearsal to any kind of events. It is an ideal venue for events, shows, plays, skits, dance shows, school annual day programmes etc. on sunny days from 4.00 pm. onwards.

Lecture Hall:The Lecture Hall is located in the Ground Floor of Administrative Block having the sitting capacity of 120 members. The Lecture Hall is an ideal venue for conducting training, workshops, seminars, book release functions etc. This hall is equiped with proper audio system and projector with the screen size 10’ x 6’ feet.

Conference Hall:The Conference Hall is located in the First Floor of Administrative Block with air condition. The hall can accommodate 60 people with sufficient space in between the chairs. The hall is equiped with proper acoustics, audio system, projector with the screen size 7’x 5’ feet and also wifi connectivity. The Conference Hall is ideal venue for conducting interactive online training, workshops, seminars and board meedings etc.

Apart from use of the Conference Hall, Lecture Hall, Amphitheatre the campus has got itself separate Dining Hall with the sitting capacity of 80 people, Reception Room with 15 sitting chairs and lobbies attached to the halls can also be used by the event booking parties.

Facility Booking Process

The CCRT is located away from the hustle bustle of traffic providing it an extra edge over the other venues. It is easily accessible by public transportation. Any party intending to book CCRT facility should enquire from the CCRT Office regarding the availability of the facility on the required date or dates. This can be done either through contact number + 91-11- 25309300 or through a personal visit. In case the required date is available the party may request the concerned CCRT person to block the relevant date or dates so that the booking formalities can be completed.

After this the party is required to fill out a CCRT booking form giving all details of the event. This form can either be collected from the CCRT Office or downloaded it from the CCRT Website. A duly filled up form along with the booking charges paid via DD or NEFT should be submitted to the concerned CCRT person within 2 days of the booking request.

Lastly, the CCRT would like to mention that at the time of the event, gate control and ushering of the spectators into the facility and guiding them is the sole responsibility of the booking party. We would also like to highlight that it is absolutely essential that the number of spectators admitted into the facility should not exceed the maximum limit mentioned above.
