Extension Services and Community Feedback Programmes – Activity for Children
The ‘Extension services and community feedback’ programs by CCRT are special programs for maximizing its outreach to the students from Government / Government aided and non-formal schools.
Following activities which are city specific, are organized for the students under this program.
- Educational tours to Monuments, Museums, Art Gallaries, Craft Centre, Zoological Parks.
- Workshops to teach crafts by using low cost and locally available resources.
- Camps on conservation of natural and cultural heritage.
- Lectures or demonstrations on various Art forms by the experts
- Workshops on Puppetry in Education
- Two week long Summer Camps for children ( aged 10-15 years) to introduce them to various Crafts and Art forms by the experts in a practical environment.
