She explained the art and science of writing articles / stories for this project. Calling this project as “a landmark project of rewriting history” she detailed out each element with clarity such as research (primary and secondary), writing and editing and authenticating the sources for the story. She said that we all have opened our eyes in independent India and are hardly familiar with the pain and struggle of our ancestors. Thus, freedom struggle has been central to modern identity in the Indian subcontinent and it’s very important that we respect and are grateful for what the previous generations have done for us because a nation that lives without gratitude will not go far. With this project we will become deeply appreciative of our past, and that will lay a strong foundation for the present and future.” The session was followed by feedback and interactive session, where the queries were finally sorted out.
