Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme (CTSSS)

Scholarship for Age Group: 10 – 14 Years

The CCRT has been implementing CTSSS since 1982 at the National level. The scheme provides specialized training facilities to outstandingly talented children in fields such as Music, Dance, Drama, Painting, Sculpture, Crafts, and Literary Activities. Eligible children include those in recognized schools or from families practicing traditional performing arts.

The value of the scholarship is ₹ 3600/- per year, along with tuition fee reimbursement up to ₹ 9000/- per year.

Criteria of Selection

Candidates are shortlisted by a Central Selection Committee (CSC). Shortlisted candidates will be informed by post about the dates, timings and venue of the Interviews/Tests conducted at the Regional level during May-August of every year.
