BOOKING OF FACILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE

CCRT Regional Centre, Hyderabad is located in a centrally located IT Hub of Madhapur Main Road, Near Google Office, Hyderabad. The campus is spread over 4 acres with full of greenery and is a well-maintained neat campus. We have sufficient parking space for about 150 to 200 cars.

🏛️ AMPHITHEATRE

It is an open air amphitheatre with a seating capacity of 800 seats. The area is spread with lush green lawns.

The Amphitheatre is equiped with two Green Rooms for ladies & gents separately for make-up and rehearsal to any kind of events. It is an ideal venue for events, shows, plays, skits, dance shows, school annual day programmes etc. on sunny days from 4.00 pm. onwards.

Located in the Ground Floor of the Administrative Block.

  • Sitting Capacity: 120 members.
  • Equipment: Proper audio system and projector with screen size 10’ x 6’ feet.
  • Ideal for: Training, workshops, seminars, and book release functions etc.
🎤 CONFERENCE HALL

Located in the First Floor of the Administrative Block with air conditioning.

  • Sitting Capacity: 60 people with sufficient space between chairs.
  • Equipment: Proper acoustics, audio system, projector (screen size 7’x 5’ feet), and WiFi connectivity.
  • Ideal for: Interactive online training, workshops, seminars, and board meetings.

Apart from the Conference Hall, Lecture Hall and Amphitheatre, the campus provides:

  • Separate Dining Hall with sitting capacity of 80 people.
  • Reception Room with 15 sitting chairs.
  • Lobbies attached to the halls for use by event booking parties.

Facility Booking Process

The CCRT is located away from the hustle bustle of traffic and is easily accessible by public transportation.

Contact CCRT Office regarding availability via +91-11-25309300 or personal visit. Request to block dates if available.
2. BOOKING FORM & PAYMENT
Download form from CCRT Website or collect from office. Submit filled form with charges (DD/NEFT) within 2 days. (Booking Form upcoming soon)
